Q: I’m no longer active, how can I access my tax information on ADP Workforce Now?

A: You require the username and password that you selected when you registered for the website.  If you have forgotten this information, you can use the “Forgot Your ID/Password?” option on the website.  Follow the steps and you will regain access to your information for the required time per CRA.

Q: I have misplaced the website address for ADP.

A: The URL is https://www.workforcenow.adp.com/.  The website was designed to work best in Google Chrome.

 Q: How do I obtain a printed copy of my T4?

A: Your quickest and safest method is to access your information on ADP Workforce Now.  It will be kept secure for the required amount of time per CRA.  You can access all your pay related information just as you did as an active employee.

 Q: I click the T4 link to access my T4 but nothing happens?

A: Your internet options needs to allow pop-ups from the ADP Workforce Now website.  To change this, use the following steps.

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. Go to the ADP site and to the page where the pop-up is blocked

  3. In the address bar, click the icon for “Pop-up blocked”.

  4. Select Always allow pop-ups from [site] and then Done.
